Easy Returns & Exchanges Within 14 Days

At BM, every handbag is individually finished and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Return or exchange requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be accepted. All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund, exchange, or store credit is approved.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

1. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
2. The handbag must be returned with all original packaging, tags, authenticity card, care card, protective satin bag, and any accessories included with the original order.
3. The item must not show signs of makeup, perfume, stains, scratches, odors, wear, alteration, or damage.
4. All embellishments, beads, crystals, hardware, chains, and decorative details must remain intact.
5. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
6. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
7. Items that do not pass our quality inspection may be returned to the customer and may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please include:

• Full name
• Order number
• Item being returned
• Reason for return or exchange
• Clear photographs of the item
• Video or photographs showing the condition of the bag, when requested

Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not ship an item back before receiving return authorization from BM.

                                                        Return Shipping

Unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For approved exchanges, BM will provide instructions regarding the applicable shipping arrangements.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video if available.

Important: Unboxing Documentation

Because BM handbags contain delicate hand-applied embellishments, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video immediately upon receiving your package.

The video should clearly show:

• The unopened package
• Shipping label
• Packaging condition
• The handbag being removed
• The condition of the handbag and embellishments

This documentation may be requested when reviewing claims involving damage, missing items, or incorrect orders.

                                                      Exchanges

BM accepts exchanges on eligible items within the 14-day return period.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, BM may offer store credit or another available resolution.

Items purchased as Custom, Personalized, or Made-to-Order pieces are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

                                                         Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and passes our quality inspection, the approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on BM’s part or the item arrived defective.

Store Credit

Where applicable, BM may issue store credit instead of a monetary refund.

Store credit:

• Is issued after the returned item passes inspection.
• May be used toward a future BM purchase.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be transferred unless otherwise authorized by BM.

Any expiration date or additional conditions will be clearly stated when the store credit is issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact BM within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Clear photographs
• Video of the item
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
• A description of the issue

After review, BM may provide a replacement, repair, exchange, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Normal variations in color, bead placement, yarn placement, embroidery, texture, and hand-applied embellishment are not considered defects. These variations are inherent to the handcrafted nature of BM pieces.

Final Sale Items

The following purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Bespoke handbags
• Custom handbags
• Personalized handbags
• Made-to-order pieces
• Items clearly marked FINAL SALE
• Items purchased using certain promotional terms where the promotion states that the sale is final
• If a final-sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact BM within 48 hours of delivery.
• Sale & Promotional Items
• Items purchased during a sale or promotional event remain subject to the return terms displayed at the time of purchase.
• If an item is marked FINAL SALE, it cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by applicable law.

Quality Inspection

Every returned BM handbag is inspected upon arrival.

A return may be rejected if the item:

1. Has been worn or used.
2. Has been damaged after delivery.
3. Has missing beads, crystals, embellishments, or hardware.
4. Has stains, odors, makeup, perfume, or other signs of use.
5. Has been altered or repaired without BM authorization.
6. Is missing original packaging or included materials.
7. Was returned after the applicable return period.

If a return does not pass inspection, BM reserves the right to send the item back to the customer.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to additional shipping, customs, duties, or taxes.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout, international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges associated with international delivery.

Processing Timeline

Please allow:

Return request review: 1–3 business days

Return transit: Dependent on carrier

Quality inspection: 2–5 business days after receipt

Refund processing: 5–10 business days after approval

Actual delivery and banking times may vary.

BM’s Right to Refuse Returns

• BM reserves the right to decline a return or exchange when the requirements of this policy have not been met.
• We may also restrict or refuse repeated return requests where there is evidence of misuse of the return policy.
• Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
